End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your licence to use the Christian Truth or Dare mobile application (the "App"), provided by Gabriel Beslic, Homburger Landstrasse 455, 60433 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us"). The App is licensed to you, not sold. This EULA works with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and controls if there is any conflict about the licence to use the App. By using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple or Android device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under the usage rules of the store you got it from and our Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App, except where the law prohibits that restriction.

2. Apple App Store (iOS)

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two differ, the more protective terms for you apply on iOS. You acknowledge that:

• this EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple; we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
• in the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App;
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability, legal- or regulatory-compliance, and intellectual-property claims;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you as a user.

3. Google Play and other stores (Android)

If you obtained the App from Google Play or another store, your use is also subject to that store's terms. The store is not a party to this EULA. As between you and us, our Terms of Service govern.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

The App is free to play, with an optional Pro subscription. Billing, renewals, and refunds are described in our Terms of Service and handled through your Apple or Google account. Nothing in this EULA changes those terms.

5. Your data

The App collects no personal information; the player names you enter stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, and you may end it any time by deleting the App. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". The warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing-law, and consumer-rights provisions in our Terms of Service apply equally here and are incorporated by reference.
